The property was fantastic with very courteous staff from the bell boy to the manager. The room we booked was beautifully designed and tidy with a refrigerator, the park view. The location was favourable, only 5 minutes walk to Broadway Road.

The property is stunningly beautiful. The staff, from the bell boy to the manager, were extremely gracious and pleasant. The room comes at a reasonable price and includes coffee and ample storage space. The view of the sunrise over Central Park and the New York skyline from the room is outstanding. The location is fabulous, right next to the Museum of Arts and Design.

This place is in an amazing location near the Museum of Arts and Design, and the impeccable service provided here is top-notch.

The proximity to the subway for traveling downtown makes it super convenient and the view is amazing! 🚇

The spa and massage services were excellent. The staff was helpful and respectful. The location near Central Park and Broadway was convenient. The health club had a beautiful view. The Whole Foods in the basement was amazing.

The excellent views of the city from the room, the service, and the cleanliness. Breakfast is served in a very nice area with good views and is very complete with a great variety.

The hotel boasts elegant architecture and impeccably designed rooms. The view overlooking the park is stunning. The location is fantastic, being within walking distance of Lincoln Center. The hotel also offers complimentary WIFI for guests.

We had a special day here and definitely recommend the place. Everything was wonderful and met our expectations. The staff, from the bell boy to the manager, were lovely people. The king room was tidy and absolutely fabulous with a split view of a portion of the park, and a large bathroom.
